We are excited to share Episode 9 of Global Reach, Local Voice, Praxity’s video series, which highlights the voices of our member firms worldwide.
This episode features Jessica Wargo, International Tax Services Partner at Plante Moran, who reflects on how Praxity has supported her firm’s global growth, strengthened credibility with clients, and created trusted relationships across borders.
Supporting growth with global resources
As clients expand internationally, they expect their advisors to provide the same level of service wherever they operate. Jessica explains how Praxity membership has been essential to meeting that need:
“Working in the markets that we do, and with the client base that we do, they are very globally oriented firms. Being able to have those resources in almost any jurisdiction and being able to bring those resources to our clients, it's really helped us have a great presence and a great credibility in the market…”
Building stronger relationships through networking
For Jessica, the real value of Praxity’s conferences and networking opportunities is in developing genuine personal relationships with peers across the Alliance:
“The benefit of Praxity conferences and the networking opportunities it presents is really creating that personal relationship with other advisors in the Alliance… When you are able to pick up the phone and call somebody that you've met with in person and that knows you. It just, it really adds to that responsiveness and that level of service that they bring to the table.”
Trust as the foundation of collaboration
Trust is at the heart of how Praxity firms work together. Jessica highlights why this matters when referring important clients to other members:
“It’s a great comfort to know that when I reach out to somebody, I know exactly what I’m going to get from them. That trust is built over time through relationships in Praxity and by coming together at events.”
