Tell Joins Praxity

Praxity welcomes Tell, one of Norway's leading independent firms, extending its Nordic presence with a nationwide member firm offering audit, advisory, tax and legal services.

Praxity is delighted to announce the addition of Tell to the Alliance, extending its presence in the Nordic region with a nationwide member firm in Norway.

Tell is a Norwegian professional services firm established in December 2025, when parts of PwC Norway’s local-market business were carved out and combined with local partner and employee ownership, backed by strategic owner IK Partners. The firm has 400 employees across 26offices and is growing rapidly, serving businesses and municipalities nationwide as one of Norway’s leading independent firms in its field.

Tell offers audit, advisory and tax and legal services, combining local presence with modern technology to give clients short decision-making paths and high-quality service wherever in Norway they operate.

“We chose Praxity because of its size and global reach, in terms of both geographic presence and the breadth of services member firms can offer. This gives us confidence that wherever our clients do business, we can find the right expertise for them. Our decision was also shaped by the strong recommendations we received from existing Praxity members, and by our own impression of Praxity as a professional, well-run alliance with a clear direction.”

“We found it particularly appealing that Praxity is a genuine alliance rather than a network: each member firm keeps its own identity, its own systems and its own brand, and collaborates with other members on quality and strong relationships, rather than central ownership. That combination of independence and structure was the right fit for Tell.”

Chief Executive, Tell

He added:

“This membership gives us access to relationships with high-quality organisations across a wide range of professional disciplines worldwide, strengthening the expertise we deliver to our clients and keeping us close to developments within our profession and our industries internationally. We also expect it to bring inbound business, as clients of other member firms look for a partner in Norway.”

“Most of all, we look forward to being part of an international alliance: it gives our clients, partners and employees access to a competent global network, helping Norwegian clients grow abroad and international companies operate in Norway.”

Samantha Louis, CEO of Praxity, welcomes Tell to the Alliance:

“Welcoming a firm of Tell’s calibre is an important step for the Alliance. As one of Norway’s leading independent firms, Tell brings genuine breadth across audit, advisory, tax and legal services, together with the nationwide presence and local knowledge our members value. Their addition strengthens how we support clients operating into and out of Norway, and across the Nordic region more widely. We are delighted to welcome Tell to our community and look forward to the expertise and perspective they will bring to the Alliance.”
