Contalex, Lexvalor Abogados and Stratos Asesores Join Praxity
Praxity is delighted to announce the addition of three sister firms Contalex, Stratos Asesores and Lexvalor Abogados, extending the Alliance's presence in Ecuador across accounting, tax, transfer pricing, and advisory services.
The three are established Ecuadorian firms within Lexvalor Group, operating under its respective brands and with a strong reputation for technical quality in the local market. Contalex provides accounting, payroll, tax compliance and financial reporting to local and international companies. Stratos Asesores specialises in transfer pricing and international tax, advising domestic and multinational companies on cross-border tax and risk. Lexvalor Abogados is a full-service law firm whose Tax Division specialises in tax advisory and controversy, including customs matters and support for clients in their dealings with the tax authorities. Together they give clients complementary strengths across accounting, tax and transfer pricing, an approach that fits Praxity's alliance model, in which each member firm keeps its own brand while collaborating on quality and service.
Membership also brings access to specialists across the Alliance worldwide and should generate inbound work as clients elsewhere seek trusted support in Ecuador.
