E-mails - If you choose to communicate with Praxity through info@praxity.com or another PRAXITY e-mail address listed on our site, we will respond to your return e-mail address as appropriate. We will not sell or share your e-mail address to/with any outside person or entity. We may pass on your personal information to our service providers who will only process that information under PRAXITY'S instructions and will not process your personal information for any other purposes.

We provide the same protections for electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.
 
2. Members of Praxity
While using our Site or the mobile app, if you are a member of Praxity we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to

3. Cookies

How Do We Secure Information Transmissions?
Our web site includes links to client services that are hosted both internal and external to PRAXITY's information systems infrastructure. Users that have been set up to access personal information via internally hosted services do so via a secure server and transport protocol that encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. The information is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches our web site. Users that are redirected to externally hosted services will be notified through a pop-up screen. We are not responsible for the practices employed by web sites linked to or from our web site nor the information or content contained therein.

Please remember that when you use a link to go from our web site to another web site, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other web site, including web sites that have a link on our web site, is subject to that web site's own rules and policies. Upon written request, PRAXITY will (1) remove you and your personal information from our databases; (2) correct personal information that you state is incorrect; or (3) permit you to "opt out" of further e-mail contact; or (4) request a copy (for a small fee) of all personal information held by PRAXITY. This privacy policy is effective with respect to all data we have collected since the date we started collecting data, which was April of 2007.

The user acknowledges that electronic communications, databases and web sites are subject to errors, malfunctions, tampering and break-ins, or that use thereof may result in damages to the user's systems or operations. While PRAXITY implements reasonable precautions to attempt to prevent such occurrences, the user further acknowledges that PRAXITY does not guarantee such events will not take place and that PRAXITY will not be held liable for any such occurrences. The user shall be solely responsible for ensuring any information or content downloaded from this web site or any other web site accessed from PRAXITY's web site does not contain any virus or other computer software code or subroutine designed to disable, erase, impair or otherwise damage its systems, software or data. The user shall indemnify, defend and hold PRAXITY or its subsidiaries harmless from any liability, claim, cost or damage arising out of any third-party claim or suit caused by such virus or code or subroutine.
