 Handpicked to be the best

An alliance is as strong as its participating firms and the Praxity alliance is unashamedly selective in nature.

All Praxity participating firms are expected to undergo rigorous self-assessment prior to final determination by experienced, senior-level partners from participating firms. World-class talent is expected. Excellence is the global standard.

A Praxity Participants Profile:

  • Offer global access to highly efficient accounting, assurance, and corporate finance and tax advisory services.
  • Share an entrepreneurial attitude and common values; independence, accessibility, efficiency, integrity, respect, transparency and the need to excel.
  • Expertise in a wide range of industrial and business sectors.
  • Offer in-depth local knowledge, as well as international focus.
  • A collective commitment to high quality and ethical accounting solutions.
  • Size, strength and leadership positioning with strategic geographic relevance  (in the top 10 in their region or country).
  • Senior-level members are directly involved in client business matters.
  • Responsive, practical and tailor-made solutions are the common goal.

Top quality comes in many sizes

In line with the Praxity vision that one size does not fit all, firms may be invited to join the alliance in one of 3 classifications: member firm, associate firm and correspondent firm.

These classifications are based on the degree to which firms satisfy criteria in the following key areas:

  • Financial condition
  • International strategy
  • Geographic relevancy
  • Excellent reputation
  • Breadth and depth of service capability

All firms however must be committed to quality.

Both member firms and associate firms have the right to vote on key constitutional matters, whilst member firms are eligible to put forward personnel to sit on the Governing Council and Management Board.  Correspondent firms can partake in all Praxity activities and initiatives.

Adding up the benefits of joining Praxity

For firms with the vision to see the growth opportunities in Praxity, the benefits of joining the alliance are many: Participating firms retain their independence and full control of their own business model. They also retain their local branding and identity. They gain full global support for their clients and gain cross border referrals. As Praxity does not award exclusive country rights, there are no territorial restrictions to limit participating firms’ business opportunity.

Praxity supports its participating firms by arranging seminars, conferences,  and other professional development opportunites, including publications related to the services provided to clients by participating firms.

Nothing sparks action like interaction!

A key benefit of participating in the Praxity alliance is the active interaction between participating firms and the growth opportunities that this offers for staff and business. To encourage this interaction, Praxity has developed practical and effective tools to foster relationship building and knowledge sharing between participating firms. Within the alliance these include:

  • Conferences – International and regional
  • Training courses – Personal and professional development skills
  • International employee exchange programs
  • A dedicated website for participating firms
  • Working groups – Sharing knowledge and establishing common initiatives

The best attract the best

Praxity continues to seek firms with strong brand names and reputation. We want to continue to grow the alliance of like-minded firms throughout the world. Firms who share Praxity’s values and vision are invited to apply to join the alliance.
