Dallas-based accounting firm KBA Group LLP’s partners and staff will join Springfield, Mo.-based BKD, LLP, one of the 10 largest CPA and advisory firms in the United States on June 1, 2009, said BKD Chief Executive Officer Neal D. Spencer.
The eight KBA partners bring approximately $16 million in annual revenue and 95 team members to BKD. The professionals at KBA Group provide audit, tax, risk management and transaction advisory services, as well as family-owned business services to private companies in a variety of industries.
