Moss Adams LLP Named One of Washington’s Best Workplaces by Puget Sound Business Journal
2009 Finalists to be Honored and Winners Announced at Special Event on August 20, 2009
SEATTLE, Wash. (July 7, 2009)—Moss Adams was named as one of the finalists for Washington's Best Workplaces by the Puget Sound Business Journal. The program was launched in 2007 to identify and recognize best practices in the hiring and retention of great people.
Moss Adams was one of 20 large companies to be selected out of a total of 66 including 21 small companies, 20 medium-sized companies, and five nonprofits. Employees of the nominated companies completed surveys, which were then used to select the finalists based on ranking in benefit offerings, leadership culture, and work/life balance philosophy.
“We are fortunate to receive this honor consecutively for three years. Washington’s Best Workplaces is a great opportunity to show the communities we live in what a great place Moss Adams is to work for, and how essential attracting and retaining the right people is in maintaining a great place to work,” said Art King, Northern Regional Managing Partner.
The finalists will be celebrated at a one-of-a-kind awards event at Safeco Field on August 20, 2009. Honorees and the public alike are invited to cheer for the workplace accomplishments of these companies from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The celebration will include ballpark food and drink, walking the bases, speed pitching, and an awards presentation.
