Detailed below are the profiles of the Management Board:

Bill Fingland

Bill Fingland

Chair of Praxity Management Board and Governing Council

Bill Fingland is chair of BKD, LLP, one of the top ten CPA and advisory firms in the USA. He has spearheaded the firm's management and growth for more than ten years, with his major accomplishments including the 2001 merger of Baird, Kurtz & Dobson and Olive LLP to create BKD, LLP. Bill has been named as one of the profession's 'Top 100 Most Influential People' in Accounting Today's annual listing for five of the last six years. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (AICPA) and also sits on a number of AICPA's committees and working groups, including the finance committee, of which he is chair, and the audit and compensation committees and the major firms' group.


Jos Van Huut

Vice Chair of Praxity Management Board and Governing Council

Jos Van Huut started his career as a public accountant in 1968, becoming a partner in 1980 with the Dutch firm Paardekooper en Hoffman. He was elected as an executive partner of Paardekooper en Hoffman in the late 1980s and became chair of the firm in 1992. Jos continued as chair when the merger took place with Mazars in 2000 to create Mazars Paardekooper Hoffman N.V. At the time of the merger he was also appointed to the Mazars Group Executive Board, a position he holds today. He is a member of the Dutch Institute of Registered Accountants and sits on various technical and advisory committees within the Institute. He also serves on the supervisory boards of a number of not-for-profit institutions.


Patrick de Cambourg

Patrick de Cambourg is president of Mazars, a position he has held since 1983. He joined the firm in 1974, becoming a partner in 1978. He is a member of a variety of committees associated with professional organizations in France, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Government Auditors' Society and the National Accounting Council. He also participated in the Le Portz Committee's investigation into ethics. He is a Knight of the Legion of Honour and of the National Order of Merit.


Bill Hermann

Bill Hermann is managing partner of Plante & Moran, the 11th largest public accounting and business advisory firm in the USA. He has extensive experience in many areas of accounting, auditing, tax, and management consulting and is active in a variety of professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Bill has also gained national recognition from Accounting Today (2004, 2005 and 2006) and CPA Magazine (2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006), as one of 100 most influential people in the profession. During Bill's tenure and for the ninth consecutive year in 2007, Plante & Moran has maintained its place on Fortune Magazine's list of the '100 Best Companies To Work For'.

Mike Sands is senior partner of Menzies Chartered Accountants in the UK. With more than 330 staff based in eight offices, Menzies is the leading independent accountancy firm in the south of the country and ranked 21st in Accountancy Magazine's 'Top 60' firms. Mike specialises in advising entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses and professional partnerships on their corporate and commercial activities. He is a Fellow the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).


Rick Anderson

Rick Anderson

Member of Praxity Management Board and Governing Council

Rick Anderson is Chairman and CEO of Moss Adams LLP, a position he has held since 2004. Prior to his current role, Rick was appointed the Firm's Director of Accounting and Auditing in 1984, became the Director of Operations in 1993, and became the President/COO in 1999. As Chairman and CEO, Rick is responsible for establishing and promoting the Firm's strategic plan, including maintaining firmwide commitment to the highest level of professional practice. He has served on several American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) committees and task forces, is a former member of the AICPA Council, and is currently chair of the AICPA Major Firms Group. Rick also currently serves as a trustee on the Financial Accounting Foundation Board.
