Building a Firm Foundation

In recognition that businesses are increasingly operating in the global market place, we have created a new alliance of independent firms to meet the current and future needs of this market.

We are pleased to report that as at 31st December 2007, we had 101 participating firms in 73 countries with 23,528 personnel and a combined fee income of US$2.84 billion (Euro €1.93 billion). This places Praxity in 8th position worldwide according to the International Accounting Bulletin's figures in the League Table of Firms and Associations.

Praxity is on the global map and we will continue to strengthen our alliance so that our participants can respond to the international needs of their clients.

We seek firms that have a strong brand name but wish to key into like-minded firms throughout the world.

The Participating firms of Praxity are committed to delivering professional services to the highest standards in the areas of audit, accounting, tax and business advice.

Organised as an international not-for-profit entity under Belgium Law (AISBL), Praxity has its administrative office in London.

William E. Fingland Jr, Praxity Chair, explains: "In a business environments that is increasingly global, the participating firms of Praxity provide a dynamic and innovative option to better serve businesses on an international level. We want to open up the world market and bring its infinite possibilities to everyone's advantage."

The key operational principle behind Praxity is to provide global reach fused with in-market expertise via entrepreneurially led and quality driven participating firms.

In tomorrow's world, with international borders commercially transparent, participating firms of Praxity provide the gateway to the global marketplace.
